1. Site Manager

Location: Pani Site

Requirements:

  • More than 15 year’s professional working experience as a Site or Project Manager of major Greenfield’s mining developments, managing the transition from design to site execution and through to start up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in design and construction methods.
  • Willing to be placed at Pani.

Responsibilities:

  • The Site Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Oversee all activities related to the broader project construction works, such as site infrastructure, earthwork, temporary facilities and oversee field consultants, stakeholder development projects from beginning to the end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the internal construction execution delivery team, whilst assisting to drive local contractors.
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, and overall project management of construction works.
  • Monitor and prepare reports regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan to include schedule, cost control, change control, materials management, QC.
  • Coordinate with other related functions such as engineering, health and safety, local and government permitting, community development and environmental.
  • Ensure projects are going according to plan and identify in advance any risk / crisis potential.

2. Talent Acquisition Officer (MTI)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that recruitment procedures are implemented in accordance with company regulations.
  • Monitor and carry out employee recruitment activities.
  • Conduct the selection process for all employees.
  • Make a timely Recruitment Report.
  • Develop talent mapping based on requirement from operation strategic initiative.
  • Fulfill manpower planning as targeted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the HR field.
  • Excellent report writing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Having experiences in recruiting Chinese employee is an advantage.

3. Sr.Project Engineer - Mechanical and Piping (MMS)

Location: AIM Project – Morowali

Requirements:

  • Meet all the requirements for Health, Safety, and Work Environment of PT MMS which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 Decree of the Director-General of Mineral and Coal Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 and regulations other related.
  • Have a POP certificate, POM is more preferred.
  • Male / Female, maximum 45 years.
  • Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Naval/Marine Engineering.
  • Experienced in Oil & Gas / Mining Construction or Operation for mechanical & piping, with minimum of 3 years as Superintendent or 10 years as Senior Engineer.
  • Develop Project Objectives and Specifications for all required tools and equipment.
  • Involve and assist Project Manager in planning and forecast of budgets and timeline to assure project completed OTOBOS.
  • Collaborates with the engineer, cross department and stakeholder to develop design, efficient methods and practices.
  • Provide technical direction for all Engineering works from contract award to commissioning phase.
  • Maintain and record an effective quality system to ensure all records, test results and inspections required under the contracts are obtained.
  • Have the ability to be a strategic planner.
  • Willing to work under pressure and long hours (if required).
  • Have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.
  • Have good emotional intelligence, especially in a high-strung environment.

4. Compensation & Benefit Supervisor (MTI)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee data and attendance time management related to compensation.
  • Accurately enter payroll data into the payroll system within the specified time frame.
  • Ensure that employees are registered with BPJS.
  • Calculation and payment of salary adjustments, termination of employment and transferred employees.
  • Set up monthly cost data for a payroll cost journal.
  • Receive and distribute payroll reports and pay stubs.
  • Provide advice regarding employee benefits.

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 5 years in related field
  • English communication is a must
  • Good understanding in pph21 tax
  • Bachelor Degree in any major

5. Commercial Manager (Wetar)

Location: Wetar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction for all engineering works from contract award through to the commissioning phase.
  • Plan and control permanent material purchases.
  • Providing all required analysis to ensure the contractor/vendor is the most favorable caption to the Company.
  • Expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site activities and procurement is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones.
  • Working closely with the Corporate Contract team to execute a tender process in order to source the most competitive pricing from the qualified Contractor/Vendor including establishing contract documents for the Supply and Services and Subcontractor works.
  • Assisting the General Manager in generating weekly progress and monthly report in connection with the progress of the operations.
  • Review and analyze the project’s monthly cost report which is generated by the Cost Control team.
  • Review the actual consumption of the monthly petty cash report and ensure each transaction is supported by valid evidence for the approval of the General Manager and Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Business Administration or Business Management, Accounting or Mining/Industrial Engineering graduates with significant experience in long-term planning and financial justifications.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar.
